Curd maturation and collection vats

The curd maturation and collection vats of rectangular type on wheels are finalized to the pause of the curd captured from the polyvalent in phase of maturation ("mozzarella" cheese process) and raccolta/formatura of the curd in small-baskets (hard-paste cheese process). The vats are equipped with grilled on the bottom and on the walls for the maturation of the curd in the processes of cheese spun paste production and with grilled on the bottom and the application of moulding hopper-shaped for the mould preparation in small-baskets of hard-paste cheeses.
