Heat exchanger plates

The use of the heat exchangers plates is fundamental in operations of: milk cooling to storage, milk pre-heating to sterilize, "latticello" pre-heating, cooling lean serum, etc. The capacity of every exchanger is determined by the proportions relatives to the rate flows of liquids passing through the various plates of exchange.
