Compact mini cheese plant

Compact mini cheese plant of the type "monobloc unit pre-assembled on platform".
The plant allows the milk processing through the following process:
- Milk pasteurization/Thermization,
- Cheeses production,
- Ricotta cheese production.
Fitted with:
- Multipurpose mini-vat of the type "cylindric vertical;
- Lifting multipurpose structure;
- Control panel;
- Cutting and agitation system by elettro-cutter agitator;
- Steam generator of 29.000 Kcal/h complete of burner, water softner, water tank and control panel.
